Eva's Conundrum is a short fantasy film, about three young detectives trying to find the murderer of a mannequin, gradually realizing the murderer is one of them. The film was written and directd by Changlong Gong, who is from Shanghai China.
Gong, as he likes to be called, is a director intent on creating his own style - "Gong-Style." Eva's Conundrum is filled with a plethora of "crazy, original techniques without limitations," as Gong likes to say. He gets his inspirations from opera, video games, cartoons, mystery fiction, and other forms of art from different world cultures.
